I’m starting this blog to get my thoughts out there. I feel like this will be a fun way to get things off my chest… maybe just write to figure out what is actually going on in my crazy psycho head. Humans are thinkers, some think a lot and I am one that thinks entirely way too much and sometimes it can drive me nuts. You know, when people say they are fine until they lay down in bed and then they can’t sleep because their mind races? Yeah, well, my mind is like that from the moment I get up in the morning until I lay down in bed to go to sleep… and even continues DURING my sleep. If anyone can relate, you know exactly how miserable it is. I like being a deep person and a thoughtful one (not like the nice thoughtful but literally thought FULL) … but sometimes it isn’t a good thing. So instead of like, paying for therapy just to vent to someone who makes a quick buck listening to you for an hour, I’m gonna try this first. NO, I am NOT saying that going to therapy is a waste. I was a psych major. It totally is NOT a waste. You should try it. It’s great. I’m just saying this is the route I’m gonna take this time. You may not like what I say sometimes but you may love it. Honestly, DC. Take it or leave it π

Love this. Blogging is a great avenu to get things on paper and out of your mind! I also did therapy, different solution but still effective. Looking forward to seeing/reading this!
